Published during Simone Fattal’s exhibition metaphorS, Secession, Vienna, 2024. The publication includes an interview with Cecilia Alemani, who showed Fattal’s works in the main exhibition of the Venice Biennale in 2022. A series of black-and-white photographs captures the mood of a spontaneous work meeting with the artist, opening up an intimate space. A sheet with the reproduction of a new collage by Simone Fattal is inserted into the book. Inspired by the proximity of her exhibition at the Secession to Gustav Klimt's Beethoven Frieze at Secession, she has produced a series of collages and drawings on Ludwig van Beethoven and the reception of his work.
