John Knight lives in Los Angeles and works in situ. His public artworks are installed at the Storm King Art Center, Mountainville, New York (1998); The Hague’s Center for Visual Arts, The Hague, Netherlands (1991); FRAC Centre, Orléans, France (1990); and FRAC Rhône-Alpes, Lyon, France (1989). Select public collections include the Art Institute of Chicago; Stedelijk Museum, Amsterdam; and the Museum der Moderne Salzburg.
