Two artists whose work is included in Making Their Mark: Works from the Shah Garg Collection — ARIA DEAN and Mary Weatherford — discuss the ways they approach and reenvision the genre of gestural abstraction. Katy Siegel, Research Director at San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, moderates. This is the first program in a series of artists’ conversations focused on the thematic threads of the exhibition.
