Join Turner Prize-winning artist LUBAINA HIMID RA CBE and collaborator Magda Stawarska as they unfold the stories behind their exhibition Plaited Time / Deep Water. In conversation with the exhibition curator, Dr. Omar Kholeif, the duo will delve into the role of the sea, Sharjah's architecture and urban topography, and seats of unturned memory in their work. Interspersed throughout the talk are sonic interludes as well as sound fragments that inspired the context and making of the exhibition.

After the talk, enjoy a walkthrough of the exhibition guided by the artists. The exhibition closes on January 27, 2024.
