In celebration of Walter Price's forthcoming solo exhibition at the Walker Art Center, join Price and curator Rosario Güiraldes for a conversation on contemporary painting and drawing, art historical legacies, the politics of color, as well as the challenges that artists face in navigating a cultural landscape overtly fixated on race and identity.

Following the artist talk, the evening continues with a reception in the Cargill Lounge.

These events are free, but the talk requires a ticket. Free tickets to the artist talk are available from the Main Lobby desk starting at 5 pm.
