The multidisciplinary practice of Simone Fattal conceives of time as an elastic entity that transcends the distinctions between past, present, and future. Fattal is the recipient of the 2024 Julio González International Prize for her contributions to contemporary art, and an accompanying solo exhibition at IVAM will explore the central themes of her practice. An catalog will be published on the occasion of the exhibition, including texts from the curators and contributions from acclaimed scholars such as Jacqueline Burckhardt and Omar Kholeif.
