Giangiacomo Rossetti's The Dead stages some of the artist's largest paintings to date alongside a suite of blue monochrome monotypes. Expanding his practice of depicting the daily presences of friends, family, and acquaintances in Milan and New York, Rossetti injects his latest paintings with a "cosmic breath," drawing from art historical references including Giacomo Balla and Piero della Francesca.
