Let Yourself Be Free presents Cokes’s work—light boxes, writings and video installations—amid a new commission and a selection of works by various artists from the museum’s collection. The exhibition observes Cokes’ focus on the history and reception of conceptual art and minimalism.

Cokes’s works are juxtaposed with selected works by Nazgol Ansarinia, Bill Bollinger, James Lee Byars, Dan Flavin, Dan Graham, Anne Marie Jehle, Donald Judd, Gary Kuehn, Allan McCollum, Liliana Moro, Cady Noland, Steven Parrino, Pope.L, Fred Sandback, Richard Serra and Andy Warhol.

The exhibition will be accompanied by an extensive publication.
